Photo Permits & Entrance Charges
Sri Lanka is a photographer’s delight. However, permits are required before you can take photos at certain sites.
Entrance tickets to individual sites available only at each specific site from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. These tickets cover charges for photography, recording and parking.

All round “Cultural Triangle” tickets cost US $50, or US $25 for each site per person. This includes charges for photography and admission to Sigiriya / Anuradhapura / Polonnaruwa. Tickets are available at the entrance of each site, or at the Central Cultural fund office 11, Independence Ave. Colombo 7.
