Lanka Princess Hotel is the best beach hotel, which attends to the smallest detail – under German management. Direct on a nice stretch of beach at Beruwala, 55 km south of Colombo.
Lanka Princess Hotel consists of 6 suites, 45 superior and 59 comfort rooms extravagantly furnished situated on 4 floors measuring 90 square meters and 45 square meters respectively. All suites and rooms are facing to the Indian Ocean with each of them having a large balcony or terrace. The air-conditioning could be adjusted according to the wishes of the guests or switched off for natural ventilation. Therefore the doors/windows are equipped with insect screens. All rooms are provided with a safe, mini bar (non-alcoholic drinks only) and telephone. Fans and mosquito nets are available on request. Superior rooms and suites are equipped with DVD players, permanent installed mosquito nets and tea and coffee making facilities. Another vital aspect which differentiates these rooms from the comfort rooms is the location. The suites consist of a large living area and bedroom with a large balcony in front. In addition all suites are equipped with a stereo set with CD player. Bathrooms are fitted with bathtubs, cosmetic mirrors and hair dryers. Toilets are separate. Some of the comfort rooms feature interconnecting doors.

The Intersport Centre for tennis, squash, water-ski, windsurfing and other sports activities that can be reached from the hotel by boat in 10 minutes. Scuba diving with Eden Roc divers (payments direct).
