Lanka Princess Hotel is the best beach hotel, which attends to the smallest detail - under German management. Direct on a nice stretch of beach at Beruwala, 55 km south of Colombo.

Lanka Princess Hotel consists 72 comfortable air-conditioned rooms with over-sized balconies (ab. 45 qm). Family suites with separate bedroom and living room. All rooms with telephone, mini-bar, safe, and satellite-TV. Attached bathroom with bath, shower, separate w.c., hairdryer, cosmetic articles, bathrobes, slippers. CD-set in the suites.
Sleeping comfort: You can choose how you like to sleep: hard or middle-hard mattress. With extra-light bedcover or with a woollen blanket. With soft, middle-hard or hard pillow. With air-conditioning or without air-conditioning, with all windows and inner door open under a mosquito net, or window in front of the mosquito screen open and outer door with mosquito louvers closed, to allow for a sea breeze.
General:
Elegant, air-conditioned lounge, lobby with bar, generous air-conditioned restaurant with outside terrace, boutiques, hairdresser, library, videothek. Tropical garden with ornamental ponds and fountains. Sundeck with deck chairs and sunshades, pool bars with terrace, deck chairs at the beach, Swimming pool with kiddies’ pool, jogging, beach volleyball and boccia. Aerobics water gymnastic in the pool. The Intersport Centre for tennis, squash, water-ski, windsurfing and other sports activities that can be reached from the hotel by boat in 10 minutes. Scuba diving with Eden Roc divers (payments direct).
All-inclusive:Rich buffets for breakfast and lunch. Afternoon tea and coffee buffet with cakes, pastries, and selection of sandwich. Dinner: buffets with hors d’oeuvre, salads and deserts; the other courses will be served at the table. Included are all non alcoholic beverages. The mini bars in the rooms are filled with soft drinks and beer.
