RESERVATIONS:
All the inquiries you transact online will be directed to Leisure Tours and NOT to the hotel. Rates published on our website are inclusive of service charge, government taxes and only available through our service. We offer discounted accommodation in some of the most popular hotels in Sri Lanka.
PAYMENT:
In order to profit from the special hotel rates published on our website, payment should be made to Leisure Tours and NOT to the hotel. All payments should be made at least seven days prior to the scheduled arrival by credit card or bank transfer.
CANCELLATIONS:
While we appreciate some circumstances are beyond control, we do require notice of cancellation at least seven days prior to the scheduled arrival.
RESPONSIBILITY:
You represent, that you are of sufficient legal age to use this site and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this site. You understand that you are financially responsible for all reservations you perform.
PRIVACY:
As a customer of Leisure Tours, we are guaranteed complete privacy. All personal data and credit card information submitted to us will be handled 100% confidential.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
In no event shall Leisure Tours be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, exemplary, punitive, incidental or consequential damages of any kind (including to lost profits or lost savings), whether based in contract, tort or otherwise, which arises out of or in any way connected with any use of this site or content.
