Pricing Terms & Conditions

Your use of http://www.leisuretours.biz is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

HOTEL/ TOUR BOOKINGS:

All inquiries you transact online will be directed to Leisure Tours & Services (Pvt) Ltd and NOT to the hotel. Rates published on our website are inclusive of service charge, government taxes and only available through our service. We offer discounted accommodation in some of the most popular hotels in Sri Lanka and will do our very best to match any price you find.

PAYMENT:

To take advantage of the special rates that are published on our website http://www.leisuretours.biz all payments should be settled to Leisure Tours & Services (Pvt) Ltd and NOT to the hotel. Full payments are to be made at least ten days prior to the scheduled arrival unless otherwise agreed on a case by case basis. If you fail to meet the payment deadlines stated on the proforma invoice, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and will inform you of this. During some peak season immediate full payment may be required to secure your bookings (Eg: Christmas / New Year).

Payment could be made online through our secure payment gateway for which a link will be forwarded along with the proforma invoice. We accept VISA, MASTER credit cards and VISA, MASTER debit cards via online. The quoted foreign currency will be converted in to Sri Lankan Rupees at the parity rate prevailing on the date of invoice and payment should be made accordingly.

Customer must pay all bank charges in the case of a bank transfer. Payment must be made according to the instructions provided on the proforma invoice and must reach our account in full net of all origin and intermediary bank charges arising outside Sri Lanka.

The tour cost does not carry allowances to cover possible cost increases due to currency fluctuations or fuel costs or changes in government taxes and it may be necessary to initiate a rate surcharge at any time if there are exceptional cost increases beyond our control.

REFUNDS:

A refund will be made the same way the payment was received, Eg: credit card payment: to the credit card which was used for payment; telegraphic transfer/bank wire: refund to the account held by the primary customer. The refund process takes normally 10 working days and additional 7 banking days to be credited to your account or credit card. Please be informed that we require a written confirmation of payment receipt.

CANCELLATION BY YOU:

While we appreciate some circumstances are beyond control, we do require notice of cancellation at least Thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled arrival. No-shows will be charged 100% of our invoice and peak season cancellation Policy will apply as indicated for the selected hotels.

INSURANCE:

In the interest of all members of the travel party, insurance is strongly suggested and should include loss and damage to personal effects and medical insurance to include evacuation and repatriation. We also recommend trip cancellation insurance. There is always a chance that a client may be subjected to an unanticipated emergency that precludes participation in the tour. Leisure Tours & Services (Pvt) Ltd will not bear any responsibility in this regard.

RESPONSIBILITY:

You represent, that you are of sufficient legal age to use this site and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this site. You understand that you are financially responsible for all reservations you perform.

PRIVACY:

As a customer of Leisure Tours & Services (Pvt) Ltd, we are guaranteed complete privacy. All personal data and credit card information submitted to us will be handled 100% confidential.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

In no event shall Leisure Tours & Services (Pvt) Ltd be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, exemplary, punitive, incidental or consequential damages of any kind (including to lost profits or lost savings), whether based in contract, tort or otherwise, which arises out of or in any way connected with any use of this site or content.
